Closing out year-end 2016 the New England market continues to be a very competitive marketplace with limited supply, lack of new development, and robust demand for single-multi tenant retail properties.

These ongoing metrics, including the continued low interest rate environment, aggressive 1031 exchange buyers, and investor demand for true passive-low risk cre investments with attributes of credit quality, location, barriers to entry, and lease terms, will continue to be the major factors into 2017.
